Study on the Algae Lysis Method of White Rot Fungi Algae Control System

At present, there are few studies on known bacterial species and even less fungi in biological algae control technology. In this paper, the green eutrophic shallow water lake Scenedesmus quadricauda (Turpin) was used as research object, white rot fungi, which has a high removal effect pollutants, toxins, for control. The extent of effect, physiological characteristics internal functional groups cells solution, supernatant solution after centrifugation sterilized were investigated. results showed that best solubilization system achieved at 250 mg/L, with 8 mg/L dissolved oxygen hydraulic retention time 48 h. average lysis rate 85.48%, dehydrogenase activity reduction 59.23%, soluble protein 65.16% malondialdehyde content increased to 0.128 umol/L. After treatment system, spatial structure Turpin severely disrupted, significant occurred within algal cells, forcing release intracellularly substances, reducing thus inhibiting growth cells. A further reduces nutrients required Turpin, exacerbating metabolic and, ultimately, inhibition or killing may provide theoretical guidance microbial eutrophication; however, whether will be secondary pollution dissolution process is worthy study.
